Order Processing

All orders require advance notice of at least 48 hours for standard items and up to 2 weeks for complex neural cake systems. Custom orders with holographic projections or LED integrations may require additional time for engineering and testing.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon order confirmation for orders under $100. For larger orders, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon completion. We accept major credit cards, digital currencies, and quantum payment protocols.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled completion time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover ingredient costs and neural network processing time.
